A consortium of high-profile Polish entrepreneurs has committed 500 million zloty to support the development of small modular nuclear reactors. This investment initiative is spearheaded by Michał Sołowow, recognized as Poland's wealthiest individual, through his company Synthos Green Energy. Notable participants in this funding round include InPost founder Rafał Brzoska and ElevenLabs CEO Mati Staniszewski. In addition to the domestic capital, the venture has secured 1.35 billion zloty from international investors. This combined financial backing is intended to cover the firm's operational requirements for the next two years. The primary objective of the project is the deployment of BWRX-300 reactor technology across Poland, marking a significant step in the country's pursuit of alternative energy solutions.
