A civil lawsuit involving local councillor Jackie Healy-Rae and two additional plaintiffs is set to reach a final resolution this November. The legal action stems from an altercation that occurred at a takeaway food establishment in County Kerry back in 2017, during which the politician was involved in an assault on a male individual. All parties concerned have reportedly arrived at a settlement agreement to conclude the matter, effectively ending the ongoing litigation related to the incident.
