The Polish ice cream retailer Good Lood has introduced a new initiative aimed at protecting its workforce from sexual harassment by patrons. Operating 37 locations, the company reported that female staff members frequently face inappropriate remarks from male customers who exploit the double meaning of the Polish word for ice cream, which can also denote oral sex. The campaign, titled "Nie bądź oblechem" or "Don't be a creep," seeks to address this behavior by explicitly authorizing employees to deny service to individuals who make lewd comments. By launching this effort, the firm intends to foster a safer working environment and discourage the use of sexualized language directed at its personnel during their shifts.
