The local authority in Kilkenny has officially inaugurated the Crokers Hill residential project located on Kennyswell Road. Representing a total investment of 35 million euros, this development stands as the largest social housing initiative ever undertaken by the council. The site features 88 new residential units designed to support local housing needs. Beyond the housing stock, the project incorporates a dedicated community centre and a group home facility. Planners have also integrated essential infrastructure aimed at fostering a sustainable and cohesive neighbourhood environment for the new residents.
